Standard Rates
$135/hour: 7 AM - 7 PM EST/EDT, Monday -
Friday (exept holidays)
$200/hour: 7 PM - 7 AM EST/EDT (Monday - Friday), weekends, and holidays
Pre-Paid, Nonprofit, Preferred Contract Rates
$115/hour: 7 AM - 7 PM EST/EDT Monday -
Friday (exept holidays)
$175/hour: 7 PM - 7 AM EST/EDT Monday - Friday, weekends, and holidays
Travel
Time is billed at half the applicable
daytime rate.
Actual travel expenses are billable. Travel in our vehicle is billed at
$0.45/mile.
Installation and Projects
Installation and special projects are billed according to the
"Consulting and Support" rates shown above or quoted separately with a
package discount.
Occasionally M Whitaker LLC provides services by subcontractors that
may be billed at other rates, which are typically lower.
This
rate schedule effective April 1, 2005.
